After providing sex education youth children become active and excited to perform sexual activities but then it is solely the responsibility of the teacher to give proper guidance to the student so that he or she does not land in trouble due to this.

Providing Proper sex education can prevent children during their gain adult hood from sexual problems.

Sex education for children is thus very much necessary as then only the youth will have proper knowledge about the do’s and don’ts of sex

We see that in many rural villages there is hardly any access to mediums like television and internet hence the students living in these areas are deprived of sex education. So for them to gain proper knowledge there are sex education programs launched. People who are responsible for giving sex education reach out to these rural villages and give proper knowledge not only to the youth but also to the many uneducated people. Thus we see that today sex education is not only important for youth but it is important for all the educated and uneducated people around the world.

Causes of vaginal dryness

There are two options for treating vaginal dryness. These include the vaginal estrogen and the lubricants or moisturizers. These treatments for vaginal dryness have a temporary effect. This problem can reoccur when the treatment is stopped. More estrogen is made by the ovaries.

Lubricants
A woman can purchase vaginal agents and lubricants without any prescription. Hormones are not contained in these products. There are no side effects as well. Lubricants are specially designed for reducing discomfort and friction from dryness during intercourse. Women can apply the lubricant inside the vagina or the penis. This can be done before having sex.

Body and hand lotions must not be used for relieving vaginal dryness. Many a times, they can prove to be very irritating to vaginal dryness. Vaseline is not recommended as a lot of damage can be caused to the diaphgrams and condoms.

Vaginal estrogen
Vaginal estrogen is a very effective treatment option for many women. Many a times, a healthcare provider prescribes vaginal estrogen. A woman must use very low doses of vaginal estrogen.

These treatments can help in preventing vaginal dryness and sex problems in women.

There are different types of condoms depending on the material, size, flavor etc. Because of the least price and easy accessibility, the male condoms are used by many as birth control device. Condoms are made of latex mostly. Some condoms are made of polyurethane which is a type of plastic. While using a condom made of latex, no oil-based lubricant should be used. But if a condom made of polyurethane is used then both oil-based and water-based lubricants can be used. A male condom should be used when partial or full erection happens:-

Open the condom packet at a corner. Never tear the condom with teeth or fingernail.

The female condom has to inserted in to the vagina before the intercourse and it should be inserted in such manner that the cervix is covered by the closed end of the tube and sperms cannot enter there. Female condoms are not yet very popular and are 75% effective in birth control. After using once both male and female condoms have to be discarded.
