NO!!!! Human medications are only ok for humans unless directed by a vet. Would you take a medication that is ment for a dog? Probably not unless youre not playing with a full deck to begin with. If he is not interested in the neighbors dog maybe shes not in heat or maybe he is just not interested. Dogs can be selective on who they want to breed with maybe he just isnt compatable with her, selective breeding perhaps. Just like you desire the perfect mate so does he.
