Yes, you do need to be licensed as a Pharmacist to dispense pills legally (doctors can prescribe them, but would only give samples, not fill prescriptions). It is illegal to sell medications on ebay (and against their policy). So if you would list it the action will be shut down by eBay. And anyother site would also be illegal. Only pharmacists and doctors can despence drugs. And drugs from China will not be approved for sale because it is unlikely they are officall pills.
