I did read about this recently. It's not a solid scientific concept, and there are doubts that it works at all. Not even doctors have a good idea if it does anything, but theoretically it's there. There's not specific proof that it effects an erection at all. Don't fret though if you are a man under 40. Viagra doesn't really do what many people think it does. Quite simple really: it give you the ability to have an erection when you otherwise would not have one. It does not not cause the erection to be physically larger, does not improve sensation for either partner, and is generally taken to overcome some sort of health problem.
